Our story
The Initiative for Youth Leadership and Entrepreneurship (ILE’Jeunes) is a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering youth leadership and entrepreneurship. It arose from the recognition of young people’s untapped potential and the need to support their innovative ideas and their development as leaders.
Passionate, determined young people from diverse backgrounds gathered to discuss the challenges they faced and the opportunities they could seize. They identified a critical need for training, mentorship and networking to help youth develop leadership skills and launch their own initiatives at an early age.

Launch of ILE’Junior, the Initiative for Leadership and Entrepreneurship among Adolescents aged 9 to 18.
A structured organization

2 February 2023
ILE’Junior becomes ILE’Jeunes, legally recognized, with the mission of giving young people the tools and resources to succeed in their entrepreneurial projects and become leaders in their communities.
Today
Workshops, seminars and mentoring programs supported by international organizations, companies, educational institutions and government agencies: a robust network of young entrepreneurs and leaders.
