Last updated: October 2026. ILE’Jeunes respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data when you use www.ilejeunes.org.

1. Data we collect

We collect the information you give us when you join, sign up for a program or event, offer support, request or offer mentoring, post a job offer or write to us: first and last name, email, phone, country, date of birth and any information you choose to provide.

2. How we use it

This information is used to: process your requests; manage your membership and access to the member area; organise programs and events; send you information about the association’s activities; improve the site.

3. Sharing

ILE’Jeunes never sells or rents your data. It is only shared with your consent, to comply with a legal obligation, or with trusted service providers strictly necessary to run the site (hosting), who are bound by confidentiality.

4. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (encrypted connection, restricted access, spam protection). As no system is infallible, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, write to contact@ilejeunes.org. Members can also edit their profile from the member area.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Cookies and third-party content

Only technical cookies are used (login, language). The Google Maps map only loads after you click; YouTube videos are subject to Google’s policy when you play them.
