PLUME BIO
Allan Yannis KINDA
Allan, a young student with a passion for animal farming, always dreamed of creating his own poultry farm. Balancing his studies with his entrepreneurial ambition seemed an insurmountable challenge, until he discovered ILE’Jeunes.
He received training in business management and breeding techniques, plus personalized mentoring to build a solid business plan and secure initial funding. He bought his first chicks and built the facilities for his “PLUME BIO” farm.
With a rigorous schedule, Allan balanced school and business: he earned his baccalaureate (2024) with honours. Today, PLUME BIO is thriving, supplying fresh guinea-fowl eggs and organic hatching eggs from breeder to breeder.
Allan has become a role model for his classmates: even as a student, it is possible to achieve your dreams through initiatives like this one.

Tomato production
Essozolim David LEMOU & Felix KAGAMBEGA
Essozolim David LEMOU, from Togo, and Felix KAGAMBEGA, from the Ivorian diaspora, took part in a three-month ILE’Jeunes training program on open-field and modern greenhouse tomato production, combining theory, practice and personalized entrepreneurship and leadership coaching.
After the training, they harvested twenty-two crates of tomatoes in their first season, a success that gave them the confidence to reinvest in production.
Felix settled in Burkina Faso and built a thriving farm, inspiring other young people from the diaspora. David returned to Togo and developed his own plot, encouraging other farmers to adopt modern, efficient methods.
